Returns

Refund Process

Once your return request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Replacement

If the product received is damaged or incorrect, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund depending on product availability.

Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
